1. Nature of service
Sree Ramadootha Jyothishyalayam provides Vedic astrology, horoscope reading, marriage matching, vastu consultation, palmistry and spiritual guidance based on traditional Indian astrological principles. All readings are guidance-oriented and not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice.
2. Booking and payments
Bookings are requested through the enquiry forms on this website or directly via WhatsApp/phone. This website does not accept online payments. The astrologer will confirm availability and share payment instructions (including any QR code) over WhatsApp or phone call. A scheduled consultation is considered confirmed only after the applicable fee is received and acknowledged.
3. Cancellations and refunds
If you need to reschedule or cancel a confirmed session, please inform us at least 24 hours in advance. Refunds, if applicable, are processed at the sole discretion of the astrologer on a case-by-case basis.
4. Confidentiality
Your birth details, personal circumstances and consultation content are kept confidential and used only for the purpose of delivering the requested guidance.
5. Limitation of liability
Astrological guidance is interpretive and faith-based. We do not guarantee any specific outcome, result or life change. Decisions based on the consultation are entirely your own responsibility.
